Questions
- What counts as a decision?
- One prompt checked against your policy: one API call, before anything renders, and one answer back (yes, review or no) with the probability behind every check. Plans include a number of decisions each month.
- What happens if we go over?
- You pay a little per thousand: $1.50 per 1k on Starter, $0.80 per 1k on Growth and $0.50 per 1k on Scale.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes. Annual plans get two months free.
- Why do you need a card for the trial?
- Because we'd rather spend the two weeks on teams who mean it. You're not charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime before that.
- Can a plan change the minors line?
- No. Anything sexual involving a minor is blocked at the prompt on every plan, in every language, and a stated adult age can never turn a block into an allow. Everything else is your policy.
- Do you store our images?
- No. Vindex screens text, before anything renders. The audit log keeps every decision and every policy version, text only.
